Exact Moves have successfully
completed the ISO9001:2008 accreditation for 2011 without the
issue non conformities. This is now our 6th year in
succession.
We are now progressing towards
implementing a formal integrated management system, covering
Quality and Environmental which will meet all the requirements
of both ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004.
We are planning this to be
integrated into our current management system during the
second half of 2011 with an assessment planned for early 2012.
Independent European Certification
Limited have been contacted and provisioned to undertake the
integrated management system/EMS(ISO14001:2004) assessment.
Aviva Services Investors Group has awarded EXACT Moves the
contract for the relocation of approx 200 staff to Cornhill
over December 2008 to February 2009. Upon completion of this
move the internal works within No 1 Poultry will commence from
February 2009 to October 2009.

This highly sensitive move will last approx 9 months and is planned to be completed over 10-12 phases, with 60-100 staff
being relocated per phase.
2009 -
Exact Moves awarded ISO9001/2000 for the 4th consecutive year.
July 2009 – Exact Moves are to be accredited for the
PAS126:2008 in Quality standard in Commercial Moving. This
standard has been developed specifically to cover commercial
moving activities and it is the only such service standard
currently in existence. It has been published initially as a
"PAS" (Publicly Available Specification) and work is now under
way to upgrade this to the status of a full national standard
(BS 8522) within the next year. At each step of the commercial
moving service, from the initial enquiry through to final
delivery, the standard specifies how the service provider is
to carry out its work. As a result, our clients can be
confident that their goods are in safe hands.
