Jim Mitchell has joined us as Operations Manager. He has come from an operations background and was Director of Operations at the late Total Moves Solutions. His role will be to provide a proactive and enhanced role to Exact Moves.

Duncan Earnshaw has joined the ever expanding sales department as Sales Co-ordination and administration to provide office based pre and post move client liaison together with onsite Move Coordination.

Just arrived in addition to the bespoke fleet of vehicles an DAF 360 18t full air ride 2200 cubic foot, 5 pallet vehicle with 5 side loading doors and aluminium platform loading, 2.4metre full width, 2.5 ton cantilever tail lift and an 8 person seated and 5 person sleeping capacity.

Morley Fund Management has awarded EXACT Moves the contract for the January 2007 start, 650 staff internal churn and configuration.

The extensive range of services to be provided include:

• Move Management - inclusive of 'move champion' debrief and regular scheduled move meetings.

• Pre and Post Move Packing Services

• Full Decommission and Re-commission of IT and Communication Services

• Environmental Disposal of Furniture

• Safe Relocation

• Floor Box Relocations

• Sequential File Packing and Unpacking

• CAD Drawing Updates

This highly sensitive move will last approx 10-12 weeks and is planned to be completed over 7-9 phases, with 50-120 staff being relocated per weekend.
